Massage Therapy

Involves the use of multiple techniques to manipulate the soft tissue (ie muscles, joints, ligaments) of the body. These techniques are used to decrease pain and stress on the body.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM)

Uses medical instruments or tools on and/or around the injury site to assist in the tissues natural healing process. These tools are great for breaking down scar tissue, while also stimulating the nervous system to encourage decreased pain and increased range of motion.

Cupping

A Chinese-based alternative medicine which uses local suction pressure to create separation between layers of tissue to improve blood flow and circulation. 

Kinesio-Tape

A rehabilitative technique designed to assist the body’s natural healing process while providing support to the joints and muscles without restricting range of motion.

Prenatal Massage

Treatment is provided to expecting mothers to help provide comfort and relaxation while also aiding in recovery post delivery.
